If you entered the cryptocurrency market in 2017 or prior, you’ve likely had the following level of customer service when trying to get an answer to a question or resolve a problem: dead silence. Yes, silence on the other end of the phone when you’re trying to determine the whereabouts of the money you wired to fund your accounts. Silence when it’s been five weeks and yet there’s no sign that your ID has been cleared for KYC. Silence because the email address or telephone number on a website was just a ruse of support.
Having been part of the crypto community since 2013, I have had the sincere honour of witnessing an evolution of technology fueled by brilliant minds; however; as like most of you I have had trials and tribulations.
