Bitcoin is the ultimate hedge against global economic uncertainty and financial meltdowns that are almost certain to occur in the future. The reason for this is the inherent characteristics of Bitcoin, which result in its value being completely decoupled from all other traditional financial assets.
In the absence of PhDs in rocket science or any available guidance or support from the exchanges, our co-founders Eddie Kotler and Russell Korus, really struggled to buy and sell crypto using the overly complex trading platforms available. They weren’t even sure how to tell if an exchange was legit or if the information or money we were handing over was going to be safe and secure.
Cryptocurrencies have had quite the ride over the past two and a half years. Bitcoin hit $1000 in January of 2017, and spent the next 12 months in an upward trajectory of unprecedented proportions. When the price peaked in December of that year, Bitcoin was just under $20,000, representing simply phenomenal 20X growth in a single year.

Silence when it’s been five weeks and yet there’s no sign that your ID has been cleared for KYC. Silence because the email address or telephone number on a website was just a ruse of support.
